Practical links between home and care
An established collection point
We already include the area within our regular route-based care arrangements.
Walk records you can open
GPS information shows route, walking time and activity after collection.
Introductions before boarding
Two daytime trials reduce the pressure of moving straight into an overnight stay.
Collection linked to a regular care route
We collect suitable dogs in Wynyard as part of an established route from our Billingham base. Before the onward journey, we can use a nearby comfort stop so dogs have an opportunity to toilet and settle. Secure in-vehicle arrangements then connect them with the planned adventure rather than limiting exercise to a hurried local circuit.
Every walk is GPS tracked. You can view route, time and activity information, while our observations add useful context about energy, movement and behaviour with the group.

Boarding planned well before the stay
Owners in Wynyard can also ask about council-licensed home boarding at our Billingham premises. We limit care to four dogs, providing a small shared setting with regular exercise, supervised interaction and quiet places to rest.
Before an overnight stay, we arrange a meet-and-greet and two daytime trials. These visits let your dog meet us and the regular group gradually. We also check vaccination and insurance documents and discuss neutering, flea and tick treatment, routine and social behaviour.
Frequently asked questions
What information is needed for walk collection?
We need your dog's routine, lead behaviour, recall, social habits and travel response. Please also provide access instructions, an emergency contact and clear handover arrangements. Tell us if another person may be present at collection or return.
Where does home boarding take place?
Boarding takes place at our council-licensed home premises in Billingham rather than in the owner's property. Suitable dogs complete a meet-and-greet and two daytime trials before any overnight arrangement is confirmed.
Can we follow the walk after our dog is collected?
Yes. We GPS track every walk so you can view route, time, mileage and activity information. Tracking provides a useful record, and we add observations where movement, energy or social behaviour needs further explanation.
